We respond to all contact form submissions and direct emails within one business day. Our Dubai-based support team is available seven days a week from 09:00 to 21:00 GST — so your enquiry will not sit in a queue over weekends. All responses come directly from a team member, not an automated system.
Does Gaatly offer free delivery across the UAE?
Yes. Gaatly offers complimentary delivery across all seven Emirates on qualifying orders. Orders are dispatched within one business day of placement, with full tracking provided by email. Delivery times vary by Emirate — typically one to three business days.
What does the two-year Gaatly warranty cover?
Every Gaatly product carries a two-year comprehensive manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This covers all manufacturing defects, component failures, and product faults under normal use conditions. If a product develops a warranted fault, we will repair or replace it at no charge. The warranty does not cover physical damage caused by misuse. To raise a warranty claim, email gaatlytech@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the fault.
How does the 30-day returns policy work?
You may return any Gaatly product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No reason is required. Simply email gaatlytech@gmail.com with your order number and we will arrange collection. Refunds are processed within three to five business days of the returned item being received. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
Are Gaatly products compatible with Mac and Windows?
Yes. All Gaatly USB-C hubs, docking stations, cables, and storage devices are designed for cross-platform compatibility with macOS, Windows 10/11, and ChromeOS. Our RAM modules are validated for both Intel and AMD platforms including the latest DDR5 chipsets. If you have a specific compatibility question, please include your device model in the contact form and our technical team will verify compatibility before your purchase.
