Ten units of a single product unlocks volume pricing. Mixed orders across categories are assessed on the total value rather than a per line count, so a spread of chargers, cables and hubs still qualifies.
Yes. Every corporate order ships with a compliant UAE tax invoice showing our trade licence and TRN, which is what your finance team needs for VAT recovery. Purchase order numbers are added on request.
On larger orders, yes. We send sample units so your IT team can test compatibility with the actual laptops and docks in your fleet. Sample cost is credited against the order when it goes ahead.
Standard orders are payable on delivery by card or transfer. Established accounts and repeat corporate customers can be set up with credit terms, agreed in writing before the first invoice.
Every unit carries the same 2 year warranty as a retail purchase, settled here in the UAE rather than shipped abroad. You get one point of contact for the whole order, so IT raises a single ticket rather than chasing individual serial numbers. Full terms on the warranty page.
Branding is available on selected products for gifting and event orders, subject to quantity and lead time. Tell us the item and quantity in the form and we will confirm what is possible and how it affects the timeline.
Across all seven Emirates, and delivery is free on bulk orders. Multi site orders can be split and delivered to different offices under one invoice, which saves your team redistributing boxes internally.
Not quite. Resale, wholesale and territory arrangements are handled through our strategic partnerships programme, which covers distributor pricing, exclusivity and warranty pass through.
