1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of gaatly.com and your purchase of Gaatly products in the United Arab Emirates. Gaatly is a global consumer electronics brand; in the UAE, Gaatly products and this website are operated under the exclusive distribution of Old Port, Burj Al Nujoom, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE ("Gaatly", "we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

2. Orders

• Orders are placed through WhatsApp or by enquiry through the website. An order is confirmed only when we send you a confirmation message with the product, price and delivery details.
• All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you promptly and offer an alternative or cancel without charge.
• Product images are for illustration; minor variations in colour or finish can occur between batches and screens.
• We may decline an order at our discretion — for example where stock, pricing errors or delivery constraints make fulfilment impossible.

3. Prices & payment

• All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• Prices shown to consumers include VAT where applicable; corporate quotations are itemised with VAT stated separately.
• Payment is collected on delivery by cash or card. Business customers may pay by bank transfer against a VAT invoice.
• If a price is displayed in error, we will contact you before fulfilment; you may accept the corrected price or cancel with no obligation.

4. Delivery

• Delivery is free across all seven emirates of the UAE.
• Typical delivery is 1–3 business days from order confirmation. Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
• Please provide an accurate address and reachable phone number; repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being cancelled.
• Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns & refunds

• You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.
• To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order details. We will arrange collection or advise the return method.
• Refunds are issued after inspection, using a method agreed with you, normally within 7 business days of receiving the item.
• Products that are used, damaged by misuse, or missing parts may be refused or refunded partially at our reasonable discretion.

6. Warranty

• Every Gaatly product carries a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and functional failure under normal use.
• The warranty excludes physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised modification and normal cosmetic wear.
• Claims are made via WhatsApp with your order details. Our default remedy is replacement; where replacement is not possible we will repair or refund.
• This warranty is honoured locally in the UAE and is in addition to any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

7. Corporate & bulk orders

Corporate and bulk orders (10 units or more) are handled under quotation. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, are itemised with VAT, and may carry payment and delivery terms specific to the order which take precedence over sections 3 and 4 above where they differ.

8. Use of the website

• You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale, or submitting false or unlawful material through our forms.
• We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

9. Intellectual property

The Gaatly name, logo, product designs, photography and all website content are the property of Gaatly and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our prior written permission. Third-party trademarks referenced on the site (such as compatibility references) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

10. Liability

• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
• Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as loss of data, profit or business — arising from the use of our products or website.
• Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• You are responsible for backing up data stored on any storage product; we are not liable for data loss.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
